[ Being Multiracial ]
Newspaper Design
This newsprint is about the experiences that multiracial people in America have. I, myself, am multiracial: Taiwanese and White. Through researching and interviewing other students who have had their own personal experiences being multiracial, I learned that even though we might be different mixes, we have all had similar and unique times where being multiracial has affected the way we’ve gone about our lives and our thoughts during our daily lives. I showed this through using two opposite colors, orange and blue, as the main color scheme for this design, with differing oppacity and overlap to show the two sides mixing and coming together just like being multiracial, having two or more sides overlap and come together.
